Job summary

US Aggregates is seeking an Equipment Operator/Laborer to maintain production, quality and safety within Operations. You will operate heavy equipment including front-end loaders, haul trucks, skid steers and more to keep the plant in production.

You will perform fueling, lubrication, inspections, and documentation; participate in safety training and follow all policies and PPE requirements. The role requires teamwork and flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; basic math skills.
• Regular attendance and dependable work performance required.
• Welding, torching, and maintenance skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, service, and maintain heavy equipment (front-end loaders, haul trucks, skid steer, etc.).
• Fuel, oil, grease equipment and follow safety manuals.
• Perform pre-shift and end-of-shift checks and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Complete required training and certifications to work safely.
• Follow safety rules around facility, tracks, and equipment.
