Trillium Construction is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for a land mitigation project in Belle Chasse, LA. You will operate a dozer and excavator on a 20-week assignment starting September 8, 2026. This on-site role offers a $32/hour pay rate, a $170 per diem, and mileage reimbursement.

Candidates must have relevant certifications and experience, plus Hazwoper/OSHA training before start. The project involves removal and re-lining of a retention pond and rough grading; training time paid;

Qualifications

• Must have Hazwoper 40 & OSHA 10 online training before starting (training time paid).
• 2-4 years of continuous experience operating a dozer and excavator; equipment certification for both.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Land mitigation project involving removal & re-lining of the existing retention pond and rough grading. There will be some outside work alongside the mitigation work.
