Job summary

Trillium Construction is hiring a Construction Laborer/Rock Truck Operator in Warren, MI for a 12-week project starting 09/08/2026. The role pays $26/hour with a $170/day per diem and mileage reimbursement of $0.65 per mile. Training (Hazwoper 40 and OSHA 10) is paid for prior to start.

Reliable transportation and ability to pass pre-employment screenings are required. Projected duties include operating the rock truck and performing general labor outdoors at a land mitigation site involving

Qualifications

• Hazwoper 40 and OSHA 10 training required before starting the project.
• Minimum 6 months operating a rock truck; general labor duties will also be required outside of rock truck operation.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a rock truck on land mitigation site.
• Perform general labor tasks outdoors as needed.
• Assist with removal and re-lining of retention pond.
• Work on a land mitigation project with some outside exposure.

Land mitigation project involving removal &re-lining of existing retention pond. There will be some outside work alongside the mitigation work.

• Start Date 09/08/2026, for 12 weeks
• Pay rate $26/hour
• Per diem $170/day paid 7 days
• Mileage $0.65/mile

Qualifications

• Must have or are willing to take Hazwoper 40 & Osha 10 online training before starting the project – training time is paid.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months operating a rock truck; general labor duties will also be required outside of rock truck operation
