Precision Pipeline Solutions, LLC is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator in Lancaster to join our construction crew. The role involves operating excavators, loaders, backhoes, rollers, and skid-steers on a Monday–Friday schedule with OT possible.

Candidates must maintain safety, quality workmanship, and professional conduct on site. We offer a competitive hourly wage, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, vacation, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Must safely operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, backhoes, rollers and skid-steers.
• Able to comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Proficient in safety, quality workmanship and reliable performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Operate and fuel construction equipment ( Excavator, Loader, etc.).
• Complete daily paperwork such as dump forms, material tickets and DOT pre-trips.
• Maintain cleanliness and check fluids and grease points daily.
• Perform general labor as needed by foreman.
• Work in all weather conditions and for extended equipment use.
• Adhere to PPS safety standards and procedures.
