Qualifications

• 5 or more years of Heavy Equipment Operator experience.
• Bonus: Heavy Equipment Operator Apprenticeship Program Completed (Certificate in hand) CAC Criteria.

Responsibilities

• Operates several types of power construction equipment such as motor graders and excavators.
• Excavate, move, spread, compact, and grade earth, rock, and asphalt materials.

Skills

Knowledge of construction machinery, capacities, and safe operating procedures

Capability to operate mid to large class excavators

Knowledge of GPS machine control systems

Familiar with OSHA regulations

Education

High school diploma
