Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a qualified candidate to operate heavy equipment, including excavators and loaders, in construction environments. Candidates must have a High School Diploma and relevant experience, along with the ability to work varied shifts. The position offers a base pay of $36.00 per hour, medical and other benefits, and requires adherence to safety protocols and successful completion of a background check.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a relevant role is required.
• CDL license (A or B) with Tanker endorsement is preferred.
• Valid/Clean Driver’s License is necessary.
• Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment, especially excavators and loaders.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, loaders, and dozers in heavy highway construction environments.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in material movement and site preparation as directed.
