Job Requirements and Responsibilities

• Transport, operate, and service heavy equipment used in derailment clearing
• Perform laborer/groundsman duties as needed
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE properly
• Drive and maintain CDL-A required vehicles and equipment in compliance with DOT regulations
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors

Candidate Qualifications

• Ability to travel frequently and be on call 24/7 for emergencies
• Reside within 45 minutes of the R. J. Corman shop
• Pass background, drug screening, and physical capacity tests
• Possession of current CDL-A and DOT medical card (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Enjoy working outdoors!
