Foreperson Responsibilities

• Supervising and training a crew of 6 to 8 people
• Ensuring the crew operates safely and maintains quality standards

Job Requirements for Roofers/Laborers

• Knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• At least 2 years of roofing experience
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders up to 25 feet
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Experience with Single Ply, EPDM, PVC, TPO is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
