Job Summary

Operate backhoe, excavator, dozer, loader, grader, and trencher to dig holes and trenches, and remove and transport earth, gravel, and other materials.

Essential Functions

• Represent the company with high moral standards, adhering to the "Code of Business Conduct and Ethics".
• Support the company's safety commitments and core values.
• Work efficiently with supervision.
• Operate equipment to dig trenches and holes of specified dimensions and grade.
• Work around underground utilities and in tight spaces.
• Understand shoring, soil classifications, and dewatering processes.
• Use equipment to remove loosened material and transport it.
• Identify and address safety hazards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

• At least one year of mechanical, industrial, or refinery maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• CDL license.
• Ability to pass equipment testing and visual assessments.
• Complete safety, process safety management, and site-specific training.
• Maintain active drug testing status.
• Must have TWIC card.
• Must have a 20-hour high hazard facility training card.
• Verification of 6,000 craft-related hours or graduated journeyperson status required.

The typical hiring range in Washington is $43.00 to $60.00 per hour, with a full range of $43.10 to $65.00 per hour over time.
