Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support concrete crews on a heavy industrial project near Casper, Wyoming. The role involves operating a variety of heavy machinery and assisting with concrete and steel work, with strict safety practices.

Compensation includes up to $45 per hour and a $250 per diem per day for all 7 days, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Pre-employment screenings required; strong teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Proficiency working with form and concrete crews on industrial jobsites.
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of equipment safety practices and job site hazards.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Pre-employment screenings required.
