WM is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator II at our Novato, CA facility. You will operate heavy machinery, perform routine inspections, and follow safety procedures to support waste management operations that serve millions across the USA.

You’ll work Sunday to Thursday, 4pm–2:30am, with stable hours and benefits including healthcare, 401(k) matching, and education assistance. Prior experience and a valid work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsabilités

• Operates heavy equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers and front-end loaders in a safe, compliant manner.
• Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; maintains records.
• Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with material moving equipment.
• Follow SOPs for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
