WM is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator I in Erie, PA, offering stable hours and benefits. The role requires operating heavy equipment, performing inspections, and moving materials at a waste disposal site Monday–Friday with possible weekend shifts. Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; maintains records.
• Moves materials using equipment and positions raw materials and finished components.
• Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
