Qualifications

• Six months of on-the-job training in county operations or completion of a 6‑month heavy equipment program.
• Experience with a mobile work management system to document work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment as part of road, drainage, and sidewalk projects.
• Rotate among various equipment or be assigned to a specific piece of equipment.
• Work Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with possible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
