Waste Management is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator II in a role that emphasizes reliability and safety at our landfill site in Florida. You will operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers and loaders, and contribute to efficient waste processing and site safety.

The position offers stable hours, competitive hourly pay, and strong benefits including health coverage, stock purchase options, and a 401(k). Evening/weekend rotation is required, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 3am–1:30pm shift.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

• Operates heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies.
• Conducts routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Moves and positions materials using appropriate equipment.
• Follows standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance.
