Job summary

Site Work Specialists is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator in Rapid City, SD. This role involves operating multiple machines for site development, excavation, grading, and utilities on challenging projects.

Pay ranges from $22 to $28 per hour, with overtime eligibility and weekly direct deposit. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401K with profit sharing, and additional insurance options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years operating experience on the specified machine.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and random testing.
• Must have own transportation to and from job sites, including out-of-town work.
• Attend safety meetings and follow PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily walk around checks on equipment.
• Servicing of equipment (lube hydraulics, etc.).
• Grease assigned machine daily.
• Read grade stakes and determine grade.
• Operate equipment safely and as directed; maintain clean work area.
