Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, maps, and schematics.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on rotating shifts or weekends, if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, graders, and forklifts.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team to complete construction or demolition tasks.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance of machinery to ensure safety and performance.
• Monitor equipment during operation to identify issues and report any malfunctions or damage.
