Qualifications

• Possession of necessary certifications and licenses to operate earthmoving equipment, including Crane certification.
• Ability to read plans and grades.
• Experience on complex public works projects.
• Able to climb, step, walk rough terrain and negotiate equipment entry/exit.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction equipment to move material, earth and heavy objects (forms, steel, rebar, etc.).
• Excavate and grade jobsites for buildings, roads, tanks, underground structures/facilities, etc.
• Adhere to safe load limits.
