Job summary

CR&R Incorporated is hiring for heavy equipment operators to work at our transfer station. Candidates must have prior experience operating Grizzly crane, wheel loader, or excavator, and be able to operate a bobcat, loader, or small crane as needed.

Typical duties include switching transfer trucks, cleaning out containers, and keeping the yard clean and orderly. Safety and reliability are emphasized across our multi-state operations.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment at a transfer station.
• Ability to safely operate cranes and loaders in a yard environment.
• Knowledge of proper truck loading procedures and yard cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate Grizzly Crane to move materials.
• Operate Wheel Loader or Excavator to load trucks.
• Load transfer trucks and maintain yard cleanliness.
