Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator for Oklahoma operations. The role involves safe handling of excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, and backhoes, with adherence to manuals and daily checklists.

The candidate will coordinate with forepersons and maintain equipment cleanliness and readiness for projects. We offer an hourly wage of $22-$27 with a $1500 sign-on bonus, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, co-workers, and the public.
• Knowledge of construction materials and equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, backhoes).
• Review and apply manufacturer manuals and guidelines for each equipment piece.
• Complete Daily Equipment Checklists and maintain equipment.
