Qualifications

• 2-4 Years of Operating Experience Preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid state driver’s license before employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain and store equipment and materials safely and keep them clean.
• Check filters and grease equipment.
• Adjust machine settings based on paving material distribution and material flow guidance.
• Keep work area and equipment clean by disposing of scrap and excess materials.
• Proactively communicate with foreman, superintendent, and coworkers.
• Follow OSHA regulations for safe procedures and environment.
