We seek reliable workers who can perform manual labor, understand soils, and pass a pre-employment drug screen. This full-time, on-site position offers growth within a growing company serving sewer, water, storm drain and irrigation

Qualifications

  • Experience operating excavation equipment (3+ years).
  • Proven safe operation history with heavy machinery.
  • Ability to understand soils and soil types.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to exert heavy physical effort, lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to perform manual labor.
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
  • Able to communicate professionally with employees and customers.
  • Commitment to safe, productive, and efficient job performance.

Responsibilities

  • Operate Excavator and other heavy equipment safely and productively.
  • Inspect equipment daily and at start of each job.
  • Follow all safety regulations and site rules.
  • Maintain clear communication with on-site personnel.
  • Assist with general site cleanup and maintenance.
  • Dig, move dirt and gravel as required.
  • Lift and carry construction materials as needed.
