Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking an Equipment Operator for a project site in Wisconsin to safely operate a range of heavy equipment and perform routine inspections and maintenance. You will follow blueprints, work orders, and safety protocols to ensure efficient on-site execution.

The role requires at least 2 years of heavy equipment experience, a valid driver's license, and a strong commitment to safety. CDL is a plus and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required or preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating heavy equipment in construction/energy services.
• Proven ability to operate multiple types of heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, trenchers, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections and check fluid levels, tires, and safety devices.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies and government regulations.
• Interpret instructions from supervisors, blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
