We are a civil construction company operating within the Dallas-Fort Worth area, focusing on earthwork and utilities. We are seeking a qualified heavy equipment operator to join our team. Candidates should have experience operating multiple heavy equipment machines, including a motor grader, excavator, and dozer.

Responsibilities, Skills, and Qualifications

• Follow work plans provided by foreman/superintendent and execute tasks in the field.
• Lead and craft a team effectively.
• Promote and lead project safety culture.
• Read and interpret construction documents and ensure proper construction techniques for a safe, high-quality build.
• Operate heavy equipment at a rough grade level, with finish grade preferred.
• Manage and track field production accounts daily.
• Inspect work daily for quality and safety.

• Be an excellent self-starter.
• Trustworthy with strong character.
• Maintain a positive attitude and temperament.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Have at least 5 years of experience leading earthwork, wet utility, or concrete crews.
• Possess problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
