Forgen in Texas is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to run dozers, scrapers, loaders, and excavators on earthmoving projects. You will perform work safely, follow established plans, and coordinate with the crew to ensure efficient operations.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years (Operator 1), 5+ years (Operator 2), or 10+ years (Operator 3) of heavy equipment experience. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy, motorized equipment safely.
• Support earth moving operations with loaders, scrapers, dozers, and excavators.
• Excavate, grade, and compact land surfaces as directed.
• Move soil and material to trucks for transport or stockpiling.
• Coordinate tasks with handheld radios and follow safety plans.
• Flex shifts, including extended hours, evenings, and weekends.
