Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Operator 1: 2+ years of heavy equipment operation/maintenance.
• Operator 2: 5+ years; Operator 3: 10+ years.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (dozers, scrapers, loaders, excavators, compactors) safely.
• Excavate, grade, and move soil to support operations.
• Coordinate tasks using handheld radios and follow safety plans.
• Promote a safety culture and work extended hours when needed.
• Perform additional assignments as directed.
