Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a capable laborer to support demolition and MSW material handling at our Florida operations. You will operate a straight or articulated loader, assist with unloading, and maintain a safe, clean work site.

You will perform routine equipment maintenance, conduct lot cleanups, and help coordinate material deliveries with subcontractors. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential to interact with customers and team members daily.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/G.E.D required.
• Ability to work with internal and external customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Effective communication skills.
• Perform inspections and report findings to manager.
• Demonstrate ethical behavior and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader and skid steer with attachments to move materials and load containers.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment (lubricating, fueling, cleaning).
• Perform lot cleaning and snow removal as needed.
• Direct customers to loading locations and assist unloading material.
• Coordinate with subcontractor for delivery of material to disposal location.
• Conduct facility and stormwater inspections with site manager.
