Job summary

CK Construction Group is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to support commercial and infrastructure sites. You will operate skid steers, excavators, lulls, and loaders, perform routine maintenance, follow OSHA standards, and help maintain a safe, organized worksite.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of field experience, GPS equipment familiarity, and a proactive approach to teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating skid steers, excavators, lulls, and loaders.
• Experience on commercial construction sites.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction equipment including skid steers, excavators, lulls, and loaders.
• Assist with site preparation, grading, and material management.
• Support excavation, material movement, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any mechanical issues.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards during all operations.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of construction sites as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
