Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders, rubber-tired backhoes, and off-road dump trucks to receive and dumploads of borrow or aggregate in designated locations.
• Use skid steers and light-duty equipment to spread and level dirt and gravel.
• Operate off-road water trucks, rollers, and compactors to achieve specified compaction.
• Work on a variety of construction settings, including commercial site development and mining operations.
• Participate in scopes of work such as mass excavation, embankment and grading, large-diameter pipe installation.
• Conduct daily inspections and minor maintenance on excavators, dozers, loaders, and related tools.
• Perform pre- and post-inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to assist in site roles and maintain a teamwork mindset.
• Engage in general labor duties and strenuous manual labor on heavy construction projects.
• Maintain a clean job site by securing tools and equipment for a safe working environment.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report incidents to foreman, safety director, or HR.
