Job summary

BAUER Foundation Corp. seeks a skilled construction laborer for Idaho Falls, ID. The role involves operating non-drilling machines such as skid steers, loaders, backhoes, and excavators, with safety at the forefront. You will support daily project operations and perform routine maintenance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a preference for 10-hour OSHA training. Willingness to travel is expected, with competitive compensations and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 10 hour OSHA training – preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Follow company safety protocol to ensure all work is conducted in a safe manner.
• Completes daily equipment reports, and other paperwork as necessary.
• Assist in the day-to-day operations as needed by the Project Superintendent / Project Foreman.
• Operates one of the following: Skid steer, Loader, Backhoe, Excavator.
• Conduct general maintenance including oils check and refueling plant.
