Job summary

BAUER Foundation Corp. is seeking a skilled construction laborer for Idaho Falls, ID. The role involves operating non-drilling equipment such as skid steers, loaders, backhoes and excavators, and assisting overall job operations with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a willingness to travel, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. 10-hour OSHA training is preferred; this is a full-time position with competitive pay and

Qualifications

• 10 hour OSHA training - preferred.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry items weighing up to forty (40) pounds.
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.

Responsibilities

• Follow company safety protocol to ensure all work is conducted in a safe manner.
• Completes daily equipment reports, and other paperwork as necessary.
• Assist in the day-to-day operations as need by the Project Superintendent / Project Foreman.
• Operates one of the following: Skid steer, Loader, Backhoe, Excavator.
• Conduct general maintenance including oils check and refueling plant.
• Solely responsible for the safe operation of their machine.
• Assumes the responsibilities of a general laborer in their absence.
