Capital Paving & Construction Llc is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for projects in Central Arkansas. You will operate dozers, backhoes, graders and loaders, while maintaining equipment and safety protocols on site.

The role requires punctuality, strong work ethic, and ability to work with a crew in varying weather conditions. Occasional out-of-town travel and overtime may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel/out of town and work overtime nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently per job specs.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Communicate with foreman and crew to follow daily directives.
• Assist with general labor duties when not operating equipment.
• Pass pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screen.
