Brison Developments is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support civil, residential, commercial, and road-building projects based out of Windsor, Nova Scotia. Part-time or full-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers, excavators, and rock trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform earthmoving, grading, and mass excavation tasks.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Work closely with site supervisors and labourers to maintain productivity.
• Follow all safety procedures and site protocols.
