The role requires at least five years of safe operation, the ability to read engineering drawings, and the skill to follow instructions. You must provide your own hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience safely operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow specs.
• Practice good safety habits and teamwork.
• Must pass a drug test and be legally eligible to work in the US.
• Must have own transportation to jobsite and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of vehicles and heavy equipment on roads and rights-of-way.
• Load gravel, dirt and sand; smooth, grade, and spread materials.
• Trench and construct ditches for culverts and pipes; remove debris.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment in the field.
• Check and maintain fluid levels and lubrication; assist other crafts as needed.
