Job summary

Diversified Energy Company is seeking a field-based Equipment Operator/Driver in Buckhannon, WV. The role requires operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, dozers, road graders, and cranes, along with driving company trucks to move equipment and fluids on site.

You will perform pre/post operation checks and maintain DOT records in compliance with safety standards. Qualified candidates hold a Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements, have knowledge of oil and gas operations,

Qualifications

• Understanding of oil and gas industry.
• Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements.
• Ability to use computers, iPad and iPhone for records and communications.
• Knowledge of company and governmental record-keeping requirements.
• Meet all DOT qualifications and maintain logs as required.

Responsibilities

• Construct and maintain access roads and well locations; clear creek beds and ditches.
• Operate heavy equipment (backhoe, dozer, road grader, excavator, mobile crane) and load three different pieces of heavy equipment.
• Operate heavy trucks and transport equipment on varied terrain.
• Load, haul and unload produced fluids including HazMat safely per DOT rules.
• May lead job phases; drive trucks to transport equipment on different terrains.
• Perform pre/post operation and trip documentation; complete safety training.
• Adhere to DEC EHS guidelines and company policies.
