Ideal candidates have strong machinery knowledge, safety protocol experience, and flexibility for extended hours on diverse sites, including remote and urban environments. Training and union membership in Arizona are required.

Qualifications

• Operate the Track Equipment in all phases of operations, including night conditions and adverse weather.
• Perform routine maintenance and monitor gauges to ensure proper operation.
• Exercise good judgment about safety and health of yourself and others.
• Accurately complete and understand the paperwork necessary for this job.
• Be organized and able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Work well with others and also independently on assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, and haul trucks on construction/mining projects.
• Ensure site preparation, road building, and material transport tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment condition and housekeeping in work areas at all times.
