Qualifications

• Proven experience as an equipment operator.
• Certification or licensure to operate heavy equipment, as required.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, loaders, and graders.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine work requirements.
