Wage ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, depending on experience. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED (CDL preferred) and be willing to pass pre-employment screenings and background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of aggregate, asphalt, and construction industry preferred.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment checks and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Load and unload materials using machines and trucks as required.
• Operate excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, and other heavy equipment.
• Dig trenches, holes, and foundations as directed by supervision.
• Assist in constructing buildings, roads, bridges, and other structures.
• Report issues to supervisor promptly and follow safety procedures.
