Job summary

Stuart Contractors LLC in Bowie, MD is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support our civil construction projects. You will safely operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, dozers, rollers, and other equipment on active job sites while maintaining productivity and safety standards.

We offer full-time year-round employment with hourly pay between $24 and $28, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, PTO, paid travel, overtime

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience.
• Strong excavator operating experience required.
• Experience in civil/site construction is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, generally 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with hours varying based on project needs.

Stuart Contractors LLC is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our civil construction team. We are seeking a dependable operator who is comfortable working on active job sites and has experience safely operating multiple types of heavy equipment.

This is a full‑time, year‑round position with competitive pay of $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
