Job summary

Gray & Son Inc. is seeking a dependable Equipment Operator in Maryland to operate skid steers, bulldozers, graders and excavators for earthwork tasks. The role supports road and site work and requires safe, efficient operation.

You will perform daily maintenance, complete walk-around checks, and participate in morning huddles and toolbox talks with Foremen and Superintendents. Gray & Son Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Operate large construction equipment (skid steer, bulldozers, graders, excavators) to excavate, move, and grade earth.
• Perform daily maintenance, conduct walk-around checks, and fill out the checklist.
• Attend morning huddles and toolbox talks with Foremen/Superintendents.
• Align and coordinate equipment with reference stakes and hand signals.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or several types of large power construction machinery to excavate, move and grade earth.
• Complete daily maintenance, walk around and fill out checklist.
• Support Foremen/Superintendents during morning huddles and toolbox talks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Foreman or Superintendent.
