A valid CDL Class A license is required, with flexibility for nights and weekends and a focus on safety and customer service.

The role involves coordinating with a crew, loading and transporting equipment, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining equipment and adhering to OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating back-hoe, mini-excavator, skid steers or similar equipment on residential and commercial sites.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed for project schedules.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines on job sites.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills when interacting with clients.

Responsibilities

• Operate back-hoe, mini-excavator, skid steers or other excavation machinery.
• Load, unload and secure equipment for transport.
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Work with crew to complete excavation projects efficiently.
• Interact with customers professionally and address requirements.
• Maintain and prepare equipment and gather tools from branch/rental partners.
• Locate and arrive at job sites promptly and drive service vehicles safely.
