Best Friends Animal Society in Kanab, Utah is hiring for a position combining heavy equipment operation and grounds maintenance. Typical duties include operating dump and water trucks, digging, snow removal, fencing, and related labor to support sanctuary operations.

This position's hiring range is anticipated to be $20 per hour to $23.20 per hour, depending on experience, plus great benefits!
The anticipated schedule for this role is typically Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm). On call responsibilities may be required outside of these hours for a period of time.
An onsite interview is required.
This position is a combination of operating heavy equipment and grounds maintenance. Employees in this role will operate heavy equipment such as dump trucks, water trucks, tractors etc, as well as perform various general labor activities that support sanctuary operations, including tasks involving drainage and culverts, snow removal, fire prevention, fencing, roads, etc.
