The role requires safe operation of Skid Steers, Backhoes, Loaders, and Excavators, with hands-on labor as needed.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and has at least 5 years of heavy equipment experience in construction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required; Class A CDL is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven heavy equipment operating experience in a construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of equipment operation, safety procedures, and basic maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steers, backhoes, loaders, and excavators safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine field maintenance, including preventative checks and minor servicing.
• Prepare sub-grades to proper elevations.
• Use a laser to verify and maintain correct elevations.
• Follow all safety regulations and jobsite standards.
• Load and unload equipment onto trucks and trailers safely.
• Assist with general labor tasks on-site as needed.
