You are an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with a proven ability to work alongside crew members in a high-pressure environment while maintaining project quality to help build telecommunications networks. Essential Responsibilities:

1. Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment
2. Provide light maintenance and routine service to equipment
3. Operate equipment, hand tools, and lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds)
4. Read underground utility locates and ensure safe digging practices are followed
5. Maintain a healthy and safe work environment for the crew, the public, the customer, and Ledcor
6. Assist with restoring job sites to their original condition

Qualifications:

1. Active CDL A or CDL B with a combination endorsement is preferred
2. Experience operating skid steer, mini excavator, and/or backhoe is an asset
3. At least two years of experience in Heavy Equipment operation
4. Must pass a criminal background check and pre-access drug and alcohol screening
5. Experience safely operating various large and small power equipment, light vehicles, and properly towing/backing-up trailers

Work Conditions:

1. Able to meet the physical requirements of sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 50 pounds), working at heights, and in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
2. This position requires travel throughout Montana; per diem and accommodations will be provided for overnight and out-of-market travel
