LeoForce is seeking a mid-level Heavy Equipment Operator for residential site development in Waynesboro, USA. You will operate excavators, dozers, loaders, and other heavy machinery to prepare sites, grade, and install underground utilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers and backhoes on residential sites.
• Perform site preparation, earthmoving, rough and fine grading according to project specs.
• Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently on job sites.
• Assist with water/sewer/storm drainage considerations as required.
• Inspect equipment daily and perform basic maintenance checks.

Job Details

• Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers, backhoes, and other heavy equipment
• Perform site preparation and earthmoving activities
• Complete rough and fine grading according to project specifications
• Excavate trenches for underground utility installation
• Assist with water, sewer, and storm drainage projects
• Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and construction drawings
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
• Collaborate with field crews and project teams to meet project schedules
