Job Description

We are currently hiring equipment operators for a metals processing facility in Waupun, WI! This position requires equipment operation, so forklift or other operating experience is required. Work is largely performed outdoors in varying conditions moving materials in a metal scrap yard. Expect full work weeks with overtime possible in summer months. We are willing to train!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm

Pay:

$18-21/hour BOE

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience with heavy equipment operation (tower crane, forklift, loader, skid steer, etc.)
• Ability to work with customers
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Reliability and a strong work history
• Physical ability to lift approximately 50 lbs, bend, twist, reach, etc.

Job Duties:

• Inspect equipment for safety
• Load and unload materials in all weather conditions
• Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery
• Perform basic maintenance
