Segale Properties, a mid-sized commercial real estate company, is hiring a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator & Laborer to join our team! This is a full-time, year-round position.

Segale is looking for someone committed to exception work, cares about details others might not notice, takes pride in being reliable, and works independently as well as within a team. Regardless of role or tenure, everyone at Segale chips in to get-it-done with a sense of humor and humility.

Responsibilities Include

• General laborer work (grade checking and scaling, shoveling, and similar).
• Operating various heavy equipment (loader, excavator, backhoe, dozer, grader, and similar) and occasional CDL driving.
• Assist in training others with equipment operation and safety.
• Work in Othello, WA 3-5 weeks per year (travel at Segale's expense and completed during the workweek).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Punctual and reliable attendance; attentive throughout the day.
