Job summary

RR&J Electric LLC in Tolleson, AZ is hiring full-time operators to join our underground utility construction team. Ideal candidates will operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, trackhoes, and loaders, follow Foreman directions, and maintain safety through daily equipment inspections and reporting.

We value clean driving records, good communication skills, and reliability. Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required; we offer benefits and steady work with a local utility focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Operate heavy equipment incl. backhoes, trackhoes, loaders.
• Follow Foreman instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to complete RR&J's Daily Equipment Safety Inspection Report.
• Ability to complete RR&J's Equipment Repair Reports (as needed).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

RR&J Electric LLC is an underground utility construction company that specializes in electric conduit (Streetlights, APS, SRP). We are currently seeking full-time operators to join our team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment including but not limited to backhoes, trackhoes, and loaders
• Ability to follow instructions from Foreman
• Must have reliable transportation
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
