Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) in Ferguson, MO, is seeking a skilled heavy equipment operator to support the construction and maintenance of sanitary and storm sewer facilities. You will operate back hoes, excavators, skid steers and trucks, perform minor repairs, and supervise assigned crews.
Minimum five years of related experience is required. A valid Class A CDL with air brakes and tanker endorsements must be obtained within three months.

Must possess an appropriate, valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with endorsements for air brakes and tanker issued by the state in which employee resides within the first three (3) months of employment.
Pursuant to MSD's "Substance Abuse Policy and Procedures", this position has been designated as safety sensitive, and candidate must pass a D.O.T. Drug Test for this position. Employees occupying this position are subject to Federal (D.O.T.) Drug and Alcohol Testing Regulations.
All current employees must have a 'Meets Expectations' or 'Proficient' rating on their most recent performance evaluation to be eligible.
