Job summary

D.H. Griffin Infrastructure, LLC is seeking skilled Dozer Operators and Excavator Operators to join our Richmond, VA project teams.

Operators will work on site grading, development, and underground utilities, operating dozers and excavators safely and efficiently. You will perform daily maintenance, follow supervisor instructions, and contribute to high-quality infrastructure while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating dozers and/or excavators.
• Experience in heavy civil construction preferred.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
