Job Summary

QLM (QUALITY LABOR MANAGEMENT) is currently hiring Heavy Equipment Operators to drive/operate and control large equipment and vehicles including bulldozers, backhoes, front end loaders, scraper/tractor pans, track hoes, motor graders, mixers, and water trucks. Pay Range

$17-$18.30 per hour

· Must be available to work 6 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday at minimum

· Must have reliable transportation

· Must pass the background check, drug screen/physical

· Must be willing to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold

· Must be able to work nights and weekends when necessary

· Must be able to work overtime when required

· Must be able to perform physical tasks, such as bending, standing, crouching, shoveling, etc.

· Must adhere to safety requirements and procedures

· Good attitude and work well with others
